Michael has over 15 years of experience working with mental, physical & intellectually disabled adults.  He has had roles in administrative and direct services. He is currently a team leader at the Cherry Home.

Vivian Fowler
Program Team Leader 

Vivian, joined the AMVA Team in September of 2008 and has been a cornerstone of the agency.  She has over 15 years of experience working with Adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.

George Rodriguez 

Program Team Leader 

George is a graduate from the University of California Davis.  He has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in multiple settings including independent and supported living for over 10 years.  

Vartan Hekimian 


As one of the co founders and CEO of AMVA Corporation, Vartan's unique vision to enhance residential and program services stands as the foundation of the company. His commitment to person centered planning has shaped the culture of the agency.  

Norayr Danielyan


Norayr joined AMVA in 2014 as its primary full charge bookkeeper.  Currently he oversees the accounting department including project feasibility and quality assurance systems for the agency.

Nicole Ollivier

Behaviorist Consultant - BCBA

Nicole has been consulting AMVA since 2015. She strives to enhance the quality of life for individuals who struggle with mental, physical & intellectual disabilities through unique combinations of mental & behavioral health treatment. 

David Hebert

Behaviorist Consultant - BCBA

David has been a consultant with AMVA Corporation since 2006. He provides behavioral intervention supports, in service training and behavioral health treatment. He has been providing services for people with physical & intellectual disabilities for over 25 years.  

Aren Hekimian


As one of the co founders and COO of AMVA Corporation, Aren brings a unique approach with his history of community events and programs by integrating those opportunities for the intellectually and physically disabled population.
